    Print every part using the included print profiles, matching each part to its material in the 3D Print Settings table.

  2. 1.2

    Check each part for clean bores and flat mating faces before assembly begins.

    TIP: Most parts print without supports. If a part looks wrong, reprint it now — assembly goes faster with good parts.

  • M3 x 3mm threaded insert [brass, heat-set] x4
  • M3 x 10mm fastener [flat head] x2

    Push the threaded inserts into place on Steering Lever R & L. x4

    Seat inserts straight — a crooked insert will bind the fastener.

    Drop Steering Levers down onto cylindrical posts on Chassis Plate.
