Our products

We sell digital files, including 3D-printable STL files, along with educational content and related products. Our products are delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped unless explicitly stated.

License to use our files

When you buy a digital file from us, you are buying a limited license to use it, not ownership of the design itself. Specifically:

Download the file for your own personal, non-commercial use
3D print the file for yourself, as many times as you like, for your own use

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, gift, or sublicense the file itself, in original or modified form
Sell physical prints made from the file, or use the file or prints for any commercial purpose
Upload the file to any file-sharing site, repository, or marketplace
Claim the design as your own

The design, geometry, and all intellectual property in our files remain owned by Curv Lab. This license is personal to you and cannot be transferred. If you'd like to use a file commercially, contact us about a commercial license.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products, including designs, files, images, text, logos, and educational materials, is the property of Curv Lab LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it except as expressly permitted by these terms.

Payment

Prices are listed on the website and are charged at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details. You're responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase.

Refunds

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately, they are generally not eligible for refunds once downloaded. That said, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis — if a file is defective, you received the wrong item, or you ran into a genuine problem, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. Our files and content are provided "as is." 3D printing results depend on your printer, materials, settings, and skill, and we can't guarantee any particular outcome. We're not liable for printing failures, wasted materials, or any damages arising from the use of our files, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use common sense and appropriate safety practices when 3D printing and when using any printed parts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use our site or products after changes means you accept the updated terms.
